Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund, minus any shipping charges.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@soccerlocker.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Note: There are NO returns allowed on Sale Items nor customized items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@soccerlocker.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on returning the original item.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure they are received.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
